Our Powder Booths make efficient use of shop space and are designed for manual “batch” or automated/process powder coating with or without over spray reclamation.

Shop air is drawn into the spray booth, and then passes through the booth’s work space into a filtered plenum integrated into the wall(s). The air is filtered in multiple stages and then discharged to the outside atmosphere or routed back into the room. Disposable filters are easy to inspect and replace. Optional reclaim systems are available. Intelligent design allows for installation with limited overhead clearance. First set of filters is provided with each booth.

All Powder Containment Paint Spray Booths adhere to the Uniform Fire Code and the National Electrical Code.  Always check local fire and electrical codes for special conditions that may prevail in your area.

Open-Type (O. T.) Fluorescent Light Fixtures as listed are U.L. and C-U.L. approved, 4’ long, 4-tubes.

Vapor-Tight (V.T.) Fluorescent fixtures as listed are U.L. and C-U.L. approved, 4’ long, 4 tubes, Adhering to Hazardous Area Class 1, Division 2 from the National Electrical Code.

All Light Fixtures are placed on the outside of 1/4” Clear Tempered Glass,  gasketed and locked in place in the working depth of the booth.

Fan Motors Are 3-phase 208/230/460 volt, 60 Hz.

Light Fixtures are 120 volt.

Solenoid Valve is single phase.  Voltage must be started (110/220 etc.).

Pressure switches installed as per Instructions

Panels are skidded and banded for forklift handling.

Fans, Motors, Filters, Etc., are packaged but loose.

Shipment by Public Carrier has special requirements.  Contact Factory or Dealer.

POWDER CONTAINMENT BOOTHS Are used for spraying powder and/or grinding non-metallic (fiberglass, etc.) items.  This equipment is for low volume usage.  Exhaust air can be recirculated back into the factory, thereby eliminating the need for roof penetration and/or air replacement.  Because of environmental restrictions, this type of booths has become a very popular alternative to inexpensively enter into the powder coating industry.
